Export Compliance: “Knowing Who Our End Users Are”
Dear Valued Customer
Over the last few years, we have seen an increased global focus on export compliance. This can be attributed to governments’ increasingly monitoring corporate behaviour, as well as implementing increased export compliance enforcement and penalties. We are therefore constantly improving and updating our export compliance programme to make sure we meet these increased requirements. Our export compliance programme affirms the importance we place on adhering to national and international sanction and export control laws and regulations.
When exporting, the authorities require that we know who our end users are. This means that we will request information from you on specific transactions (in the form of an End User Certificate) including details on the parties involved in a transaction, the end user of the goods, the end use of the items, and the country of final destination. We do this not only to comply with the laws and regulations but also to verify that there are no export compliance issues, to ensure that we can legally export the items to you and to determine if an export license will be required. It furthermore enables us to continue to be the competitive business partner you expect us to be. We count on your support as a valued business partner.
For products, (Antennas, Radios, ETC) = Full vessel, name and address details are required of the End User
